Brace yourselves for an adrenaline laced terror with a psychological edge. The latest trailer for “A Breed Apart” has been revealed and is not your average good-boy-gone-bad story. The upcoming horror movie is directed by Griff and Nathan Furst, and while there maybe no gun wielding psychos here, man’s best friend unleashes canine chaos that will have you gripping your seat.
From the moment the trailer you know something sinister is lurking beneath that wholesome surface. The movie renters around a young woman named Violet, who seeks out abandoned dogs on a remote island. This leads her to finding herself in a rather awry situation. Fifteen years have elapsed since the dissapearance of dog trainers on the island, and now a group of influencers are invited to participate in a competition to rescue the most free-roaming dogs in the surrounding jungle.
Despite the prize being winning the entire island, the influencers are hesitant about venturing into the island’s jungle. Attempting to persuade them, their host attempts to show them how safe the dogs are, and ends up brutally mauled, causing chaos to ensue. The trailer wastes no time building dread. The group of influencers slowly realize that their furry companions aren’t just playing fetch, they’re hunting. There is an urgency to escape the island before they become the next victims of the monstrous canines.
A Breed Apart features Hayden Panettiere, Virginia Gardner, Grace Caroline Currey, and Troy Gentile. In short, A Breed Apart looks like a lean, mean canine nightmare machine. If you’re into horror with a bite (literally), you won’t want to miss this one.
